We love TrackGirlz and everything they are doing to empower young women through sisterhood and fitness. Founder and Olympian Mechelle Freeman led nearly 75 girls through an inspiring day of pilates, soccer and of course running! Her Next Play joined in and led interactive empowerment sessions to teach girls the importance of body language and how to communicate with confidence through fun activities and interactive discussions.
